Damaged and Faulty Item

If an item delivered to you is damaged or faulty, you must inform Richly Heart Limited within 48 hours of the date of receipt. We may then arrange for the item to be collected or we may ask you to return the item (initially at your cost). Following inspection, if proved that the item is damaged or faulty and providing the damage or fault has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace the item at our own expense. In this case, we will also refund the cost of the original return carriage. However, if the item returned is found to be in good condition and proper working order, it will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you. You will also be responsible for the cost of the original return carriage.

Incorrect Item

If an incorrect item is delivered to you, you must inform Richly Heart Limited within 48 hours of the date of receipt. We may then arrange for the item to be collected or we may ask you to return the item (initially at your cost). Following inspection, if proved that the item is incorrect and undamaged, we will replace the item at our own expense. In this case, we will also refund the cost of the original return carriage. However, if the item returned is found to be correct as ordered, it will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you. You will also be responsible for the cost of the original return carriage.

Unwanted Item

Any unwanted item can be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding postage and packing charges. The returned item must be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a return authorisation number must have been obtained beforehand.
