This is a brand new, high quality, Lever Craft Paper Punch / Photo Cutter. It can cut out logos, pictures or artwork to the required round insert, 45 mm diameter, in seconds. A see-through lens at the bottom allows accurate cutting and the lever handle makes paper punching easy and simply. Thus, making your own insert could not be easier. For best results, use 120 gsm or thicker paper.
The photo cutter / paper punch has sharp edges and must be handled with care. It is not suitable for use by children.
